Following the launch of the debut album, Louder than Light, in August 2008, and subsequent song releases in 2009 Wicked Aura Batucada is set to rock Singapore, Asia and the world again with our new repertoire.

Wicked Aura Batucada is dedicated towards the progression and propagation of music and art. As such, the band is committed towards organizing percussive and music education, both through organizing workshops and going into schools. Our focus lies in firstly exposure for students and our audience to the drumming and percussion culture, and secondly in imparting skills to keen learners.

We are very supportive of music education in schools and are able to cater to the needs of specific institutions to fit our programmes into school assemblies, school camps and one-time workshops as well as extended co-curricular or extra-curricular lesson plans throughout the school terms or semesters.
